The UC Irvine ANTrepreneur Center is hiring a Program Lead to help expand our student programming, community partnerships, and cross-campus impact.
This is a full-time, in-person, high-impact position for someone who believes in the power of innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship to shape students’ lives—regardless of major or career path. Whether our students are launching startups, building side hustles, creating art, developing games, or commercializing research, the Center helps them take action and turn ideas into impact.
About the ANTrepreneur Center
The ANTrepreneur Center was founded in 2014 with a bold mission: not to build companies, but to build entrepreneurs. For over a decade, we’ve been growing an innovative and inclusive community that empowers UC Irvine undergraduates from all backgrounds to explore, create, and lead.
We serve as UC Irvine’s central hub for undergraduate entrepreneurship. Students come to the Center to take the first step toward building something new, or to take the next step with the support of expert advisors, tools, and a thriving ecosystem. Our programs are open to all majors and include:
- One-on-one startup advising and legal consultations
- A fully equipped mini makerspace and podcast studio
- Innovation workshops, pitch competitions, and speaker events
- Paid Micro-Internships through our Self-Starter Program
- Access to certifications and software via The HUB in partnership with Microsoft, AWS, Siemens, Meta, and others
- Flagship programs such as the AI Innovation Challenge, Y Combinator x UC Irvine Startup Class, and $ide Hustle Challenge
We have impacted thousands of students through our programs, and we continue to grow. In addition to on-campus collaborations, we work with dozens of community and corporate partners, including Sunstone Management, a proud Corporate Circle Member and supporter of student entrepreneurship.
About the Program Lead Role
The Program Lead is a full -time, in-person, student-facing position. This highly collaborative role focused on creating transformational experiences for undergraduates. You’ll work closely with the Center Director to design and implement flagship programs, coordinate events and workshops, manage student staff, and foster partnerships with alumni, mentors, and community leaders.
You’ll also help tell the stories of the students we serve, highlight their success, and ensure that every program we run meets students where they are—and inspires them to grow.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3–5 years of experience in student services, program coordination, or event management
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- A passion for equity, creativity, and hands-on learning
- Experience mentoring students, leading initiatives, and building community
- Salary Range Minimum: $58,600.00/Yr. Salary Range Maximum: $100,800.00/Yr.
