UCI announces three-part mental health innovation challenge with Metta World Peace and sponsors AWS, UCI Office of Data and Information Technology, and more.

 EVENT: The ANTrepreneur Center at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) has announced a special three-part event titled Hacking Student Success: Mental Health Innovation Challenge. Centered on the theme of supporting student success by addressing mental health challenges, the event will invite UCI students to form teams, develop original business ideas, and pitch their ideas for a chance to win special prizes from event sponsors and $60,000+ in funding to bring their ideas to life. 

All three events will feature team-building events, business development workshops, and exciting speakers—including Metta World Peace, NBA champion, founder of XvsX Sports, and chief impact officer of OOTify. World Peace will deliver his keynote address on UCI’s campus during the May 25th event. The ANTrepreneur Center expects over 200 attendees at the May 11 kickoff event.
